The The Great Dictator: Lessons We Keep Ignoring

The The Great Dictator: Lessons We Keep Ignoring

Modern conflicts are, at their core, resource wars. The Iraq war was absolutely illegal war, described as a conflict driven by strategic resource interests. Afghanistan saw more than twenty years of fighting tied to geopolitical positioning and access. Syria — where ancient Damascus and lots of history just burned, damaged and buried. And the list could go on and on. We are talking about infrastructure destroyed, and taxpayers’ money burned and destroyed in the process  of conflicts and wars- Only Destruction- i would like to raises only one question to the all “smart- intellectuals and politically correct persons “ : was any of this conflicts or wars ever sustainable? Did society gain something Constructive?

With the green transition, global demand for raw materials is set to explode. As that happens, the struggle for control will intensify. That’s why places like Venezuela, Ukraine, and Greenland suddenly matter again. The United States and China are locked in a long-term contest for influence and territorial leverage.

China is operating quietly, building power without fully showing its strength. Russia follows its own agenda and has spent more than four years fighting in Ukraine to reclaim territory. The United States continues to protect its interests through rapid, targeted operations that sometimes last only hours. It’s the old global power game rebooted.

History repeats itself. Once it was industrial steel shaping the rivalry between England and Germany. Today it’s a strategic triangle between the United States, China, and Russia. And Europe is stuck in the middle — heavily dependent on all three.

Public debate now circles around a big question: will future U.S. leadership reshape Europe’s political direction — whether by confronting ideologies some people label as authoritarian, or by introducing new pressures of its own? These discussions reflect a deeper uncertainty about where Europe stands in a shifting world.

One thing is certain: we are living through a fascinating moments in history.
